On the 16th October 2010 David Dennehy is flying to South Africa to partake in a Charity Motorbike Trek in order to help Africa's poorest people. Over the following ten days he will travel from Durban to Port Elizabeth, through the Eastern Cape, birthplace and home of Nelson Mandella.
EnduroAfrica works in association with UNICEF.
All donations raised for EnduroAfrica will be split, with 30% going to each of UNICEF, Sentebale, Nelson Mandella Childrens' Fund and 10% going to South Africa-based Touch Africa.
On Thursday, 2nd September 2010 we will be hosting a free Coffee (and cake) Morning between 10.00am and 12.00pm - donations welcome.

If you would like to join any of the activities in our community centre please contact the organisers of the events - their contact details are posted on the timetable page. Please verify times, as they may change.
Our coffee dock provides a light refreshment where you can "rest your Laurels".
If you would like to book a "one off" event or a regular time slot please look at our rates page and send in an inquiry form. The general terms and conditions are posted.
The management committee generally meets monthly, and will review and accept / reject the inquiry, in line with our booking policy. If this is your first time to book, please allow sufficient time for us to consider your inquiry and clarify any potential issue.
We do require public liability insurance from people looking to run events in our centre and we require additional measures for activities that we consider higher risk.
Our Safety Statement is posted on our web site, our comprehensive Safety Manual is available for inspection at our reception.
Organisers of events in our community centre are expected to make themselves familiar with this Safety Manual and the policies posted on our web site.
