Rates

The charge for room rental depends on the category of the group renting the room. There are 3 categories.

1. Commercial Activities - These are activities like dance classes, Karate, etc where the organizer charges a fee.

2. Community groups - Not-for-profit organisations that have no income (like a residents association, mothers & toddlers).

3. Community groups based in the catchment area (the estates that built the Community Centre - it was funded by public subscription).

Booking Process

The first step is to use the facilities is to complete an inquiry form. This is the initial form to request a room / hall at the community centre.

When the inquiry form is agreed then an application form must be completed. This is the form to book an agreed slot.

Hourly Rates

Commercial per hour - Full Hall €40.00; Half Hall €20.00; Rooms 1 & 2 (each) €10.00 per hour.
Community per hour - Full Hall €20.00; Half Hall €10.00; Rooms 1 & 2 (each) €10.00 per hour.

Commercial users generally provide a service to the community. Determining which organisation gets "community" status is a reserved function of the management committee.
